After last weeks news about having to rest my achillies I have managed to take it easy.  However, with only 4 weeks to go I feel I need to be active and am feeling frustrated at not being able to train with the intensity I would like to.  So I am heading off to the gym so I can train in a different way.  The most important thing is I am fit and ready for the ride so resting my foot is priority but maintaining the level of fitness is equally important.

Its killing me to be honest THERES NOTHING BETTER THAN BEING OUT ON THE BIKE!!
